Since 2008 Fontana Landschaftsarchitektur has been planning open spaces in Switzerland and abroad.<\/p>\n
The focus of our interest is on revealing and shaping the inimitable character of the places entrusted to us, based on an aesthetic, spatial and ecological understanding of the landscape.<\/p>\n
Reduction to the landscape essentials is our most important tool to concentrate space and atmosphere. Even where the site seems not to lay down any particular thematic treatment, through well-grounded analysis we find a basis for a new interpretation.<\/p>\n
In this way our work grows out of the context, and soon becomes the context itself.<\/p>\n
Integrated work processes, sustainability, and dialogue with clients, partners and users are important to us.<\/p>\n
