The green dress is not just an eloquent visual expression of the building\u2019s interior, it is also a valuable contribution to the building\u2019s climate and the surrounding microclimate.<\/p>\n<p>This living wall will take physical shape in its design in the next phase. Fontana Landschaftsarchitektur was commissioned with creating the green fa\u00e7ade and designing the courtyards and outside spaces.
