1st Place, Tapetenmuseum (Wallpaper Museum) Kassel

The design put forward by Harry Gugger for the new building of the Deutsches Tapetenmuseum (German Wall Paper Museum) on Brüder-Grimm-Platz in Kassel emerged victorious from 27 submissions by senior architects. Even though the design of the outside space was unfortunately not part of the competition, Harry Gugger included Fontana Landschaftsarchitektur in matters relating to the outside space and town planning.
