2015 office excursion in the Zug Region

There’s a lot of building going on in the Zug region. Its attractive central location entices businesses and rould-be residents in equal measure.

It is all the more important, precisely at the present time, to secure open spaces and their quality, as well as historic sites, and not least, natural and cultural landscapes, in order to ensure the quality of life in the region in the long term too.

On our office excursion, we were able to take a look at the situation, and take inspiration from natural landscapes such as the Höllgrotten caves near Menzingen, and manmade landscapes such as the Forum in Zug (Vogt Landschaftsarchitekten).

In addition, we were able to take a critical look at projects of our own, such as the Carmel (Menzingen) building complex, the Riedpark and the Feldpark in Zug. There was time for landscape and culinary enjoyment at an ample picnic on the shores of Lake Zug
